3. Can I exchange my shoes if I ordered the wrong size?Yes, size exchanges are available for a fee of INR 300 (covers both pickup and delivery). Contact us via WhatsApp to request an exchange and arrange the pickup.

2. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?If your item is damaged or has a major defect (such as cuts or serious flaws), we offer a replacement. However, you must provide a parcel opening video as proof to claim a replacement.

5. What are 6A shoes, and are they eligible for returns?6A shoes are low-cost, locally made Indian footwear. Due to their budget nature, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
